" Istanbul & Kusadasi: 3-Day Tour with the fabulous and amazing LALE KOSAGAN
_Over one year ago, I started corresponding with Lale Kosagan to arrange for her to be our guide
_for our three days in Turkey. During the course of the year, Lale became happily pregnant, delivered
_a beautiful little girl, thought she would not be able to guide us after all due to her maternity leave,
_and ultimately surprised me at the pier with the news that we would be her first job after the baby!
_Life certainly does happen while we sit on TripAdvisor planning the perfect vacation!

(Istanbul to Dardanelles: 200 Miles)

Day 2 - As we check out from the hotel, first stop of the day is Troy (of Helen & Paris). Following the coastal route along Aegean Sea, we continue driving to Pergamon. Upon arrival, we have visits to Asklepeion (ancient hospital) and the Acropolis of Pergamon (Greek / 2400 years old). After a late afternoon drive, we expect to arrive to Ephesus area around 6pm. Overnight in Ephesus area. (Dardanelles to Ephesus: 260 Miles)

Day 3 - We are in Ephesus area all day long, visiting Ephesus, Terrace Houses of Ephesus, the Museum of Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary. This tour will be over around 3-4pm, giving our guests enough time for shopping or walking around the market areas. Overnight in Ephesus area.

Day 4 - As we check out from the hotel, we drive towards Bodrum. On route, we have time to visit Miletus (GrecoRoman, 2700 years old) and Didyma Temple (Greek, 2300 years old / where the Oracle of Apollo was kept). We continue our drive and expect to arrive to Bodrum around 4pm. (Ephesus to Bodrum: 130 Miles)

Arriving Bodrum, our services are over. From this point onwards our guests may:
* stay in Bodrum longer & enjoy this very active, lovely summer resort town,
* take a domestic flight back to Istanbul,
* take a hydrofoil to a Greek island such as Kos or Rhodes and continue touring in Greece, finally ending up in Athens.

Please note that in addition to what you read above, for a good understanding, guests will _need at least two full days of touring in Istanbul.
